Amped Business Systems ("Amped," "we," "us") is based in Clearwater, Florida. This page explains what information we collect through directory.amped.business and how we use it.
When you request a free missed-call check, we collect your name, business name, business phone number, email address, trade, city, and whether you agreed to receive texts or emails. Our servers also log basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type.
We use your information to run your missed-call check, contact you about the results, and tell you about our services if you agreed to that. We do not sell your personal information.
We only text you if you checked the SMS consent box. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our SMS Terms.
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, hosting, email, and phone or texting providers), and only so they can do that work for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.
